Climate Change (Post 3)

Hello!

In the last few years, there has been a lot of debate about climate change from the scientific world, but I think that there’s still a lot to discuss about this problem.

Although there are measures to try to combat climate change on our continent, I feel that climate change isn’t an issue that matters to Latin American governments, even though it’s very visible with the decrease in rainfall, or extreme temperatures in summer, I still don’t see a real interest in fighting this big problem caused by people directly.

On the other side, about solutions, even though it’s true that change starts with each person, it’s important that people with power are concerned about the damage that’s being done to the planet. Until the national governments around the world have an effective plan to combat climate change, it’s very difficult to reach an effective solution.

In spite of the previous, I want to be positive, and think that the effects of climate change will be a general preoccupation someday, but I really hope that it isn’t too late.
